Deuteronomy 30:19
I call heaven and earth as witnesses today against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing; therefore choose life, that both you and your descendants may live;

A man’s stomach shall be satisfied from the fruit of his mouth;
From the produce of his lips he shall be filled.
Death and life are in the power of the tongue, And those who love it will eat its fruit.
Your Tongue will steer in ONE WAY OR ANOTHER...........into Life, Blessing, and the Plan of God. Or you Tongue.......the words you speak will bring death, destruction, lack. Why?? Because it opens a door for the devil to wiggle his way into the circumstance, or makes in your mind the circumstance bigger than God in your mind.....which promotes fear instead of Faith

Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he MAY devour.
May is a permission Word. The devil is looking for Permission to attack you in life

Indeed, we put bits in horses’ mouths that they may obey us, and we turn their whole body. Look also at ships: although they are so large and are driven by fierce winds, they are turned by a very small rudder wherever the pilot desires.
********Your Mouth will steer in the Direction of Life or Death
Your Tongue, Your Words are Permission for God to Work on your behalf.
*****The Tongue has Power........why do you think the Holy Spirit came down at the day of Penticost as a cloven TONGUE of fire (Acts 2) We stir ourselves up by speaking in Tongues (Jude 20) Our Salvation comes By Confessing, Faith comes by Hearing and Hearing the Word......Can’t hear it if it’s not spoken (Romans 10)etc.
***Speaking out what is in you is a access point for proclaiming your Faith
A) What is in You will come out of your Mouth

For out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks. 35A good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth good things, and an evil man out of the evil treasure brings forth evil things.

B) What you Believe will come out of your Mouth

For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he (says) will be done, he will have whatever he (says). Therefore I (say) to you, whatever things you (ask) when you (pray), believe that you receive them, and you will have them.

********This is why it is abosolutely Important to continue to feed yourself with His Word, To Speak His Word, To meditate on His Word

*******If your Filling Yourself with His Word and Speak His Word over your Life, Kids, Marriage, Your Job, Your House, Your Church, Your Pastors........When something tries to speak evil in those areas... YOU CAN STAND BOLDLY AND TELL THEM WHAT THE WORD SAYS ABOUT IT!!!
